Rand has provided services under blanket contracts for all of Detroit Edison Power Plants to include steam manholes and electrical manhole work.  The Enrico Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Substations and Steam Tunnels for the past 16 years, Michigan Consolidated Gas Company for the past 12 years, First Energy Power Plants for the past 8 years, General Motors Technical Center and Proving Grounds for the past 8 years and various Ford Motor and DaimlerChrysler Plants for the past 15 years to name a few.  Rand’s reputation is second to none for emergency response projects and currently supplies up to 400 workers for the Detroit Edison down lines emergency team.  I have included a list of completed projects (major) and a list of contact people for reference purposes.  I urge you to contact our references.
